Pepper is still in the stocks with a lot of suffering ahead of her. This clip picks up where the other left off and Pepper is getting increasingly desperate. Her oiled feet are super sensitive and she squeals as the fingers scribble up and down her soles. When the brush and fingers are used under and between her toes Pepper tries in vain to reach out and grab me. If you just listen to the audio it’s pretty clear why the neighbors called the police – it sounds like torture.
